There was little or no control over this board queuing system. This was my very first HMI for better control using CAD drawings as the background

By far the largest PLC project I have undertaken. I completely rewrote the software and insalled a new laundry bag Monorail Control System, adding new style Beckhoff Anologue cards which only require calibration on the zero point.
The largest project I completed for UMS with many changes made during development. Tracks order numbers and fully automates the pick and place of floors for the modules

Above the 16 weighing stations there are 4 displays, split into 4 sections. Reading from SQL and the analogue card data from the PLC it displays linen type and weight. This is determined by the Production manager

It was requested that software was installed on the Nailing bridges to set up the guns prior to use and bed them in before using in ernest. This software does that with a safety electrical switch also installed.

To prevent/reduce the amount of time an engineer has to force the PLC to override switches etc; this form provides that function with most variables coming from SQL data loaded into drop downs and buttons.
